Job Description
Legal Secretary – Private Client, 5+ Years’ Experience, North London / Hybrid, £30,000 - £40,000 DOE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a supportive and professional law firm in a long-term role. Offering hybrid working, with one day working from home each week, this position is ideal for an organised and proactive individual looking to become an integral part of a growing Private Client team.
THE ROLE:
Your responsibilities will include diary management, handling incoming post, preparing correspondence and legal documentation, completing legal forms, opening and closing client files, document production and providing proactive administrative support across a varied workload.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Legal Secretaries with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting Private Client Solicitors. This level of experience is an absolute requirement of our client for this specific opportunity.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Private Client work, outstanding organisational skills and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. You will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting a busy legal team.
