Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy services for the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of leisure and hospitality properties .
• Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies for potential new developments or acquisitions in the sector.
• Prepare detailed valuations and investment appraisals for hotels, pubs, restaurants, and other leisure venues.
• Advise clients on strategic property decisions, including portfolio optimization and asset management.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in advising on or managing property within the leisure and hospitality sector .
• Proven ability to conduct accurate property valuations and financial analyses.
• Excellent understanding of the UK property market, with a focus on Liverpool and surrounding areas.
