About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Leisure and Hospitality Property Consultant to join their team on a hybrid basis, serving the Stoke-on-Trent area. This role focuses on providing specialist advice on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of properties within the leisure and hospitality sectors, including hotels, restaurants, pubs, and entertainment venues. You will conduct market analysis, property valuations, and strategic recommendations to support clients in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of the hospitality property market and excel in both client-facing interactions and remote analysis, contributing expertise to a range of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of leisure and hospitality properties.

- Perform property valuations and provide expert opinions on market value and rental potential.
- Negotiate lease terms and sale agreements on behalf of clients, aiming for optimal outcomes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a property consultant or surveyor specializing in the leisure and hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK property market, with specific knowledge of hospitality trends and operations.
