About the Role

Our client, a leading property consultancy based in Oxford , is seeking a specialist Leisure and Hospitality Property Consultant . This role focuses on providing expert advice on the acquisition, disposal, valuation, and development of businesses within the hotel, restaurant, pub, and leisure sectors. You will conduct detailed market analysis, financial appraisals, and strategic recommendations for a diverse clientele. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for focused remote analysis and reporting alongside essential client meetings, site visits, and networking within the dynamic leisure property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on the acquisition and disposal of leisure and hospitality businesses .
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis for sectors such as hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for lending, sale, and investment purposes.
• Advise clients on property development, refurbishment, and operational strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Undertake due diligence on potential acquisitions and developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the leisure and hospitality property sector , either as a consultant, operator, or investor.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial appraisal techniques relevant to the sector.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
• First-class communication and negotiation abilities.
