About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards of customer service and facility upkeep.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, including reception, fitness, and activities personnel.
• Drive membership sales and retention strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and deliver a diverse range of fitness classes, sports programs, and community events.
• Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations relevant to leisure facilities in the UK .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a manager in the leisure, fitness, or hospitality industry (minimum 3 years).
• Demonstrated success in sales, membership growth, and customer retention.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards and operational procedures for leisure centres.
