This role involves advising on and transacting a variety of leisure-focused properties, including hotels, pubs, restaurants, and leisure facilities. You will be responsible for property valuations, marketing, and negotiation, leveraging your deep understanding of the hospitality and leisure sector. This hybrid position allows for flexible work arrangements, balancing remote operational tasks with essential client-facing activities and property visits within the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell leisure properties such as hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
- Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice on market potential.
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers within the leisure and hospitality industry.
- Develop bespoke marketing strategies tailored to the unique nature of leisure assets.

Requirements
