This role focuses on advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and management of properties within the leisure sector, including hotels, pubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You will leverage your deep understanding of this niche market in East Sussex to provide strategic insights, conduct valuations, and negotiate deals, acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele looking to invest in or divest from the vibrant leisure property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on the acquisition and disposal of leisure properties such as hotels, restaurants, and pubs.
• Conduct market research and analysis specific to the leisure and hospitality sector.
• Undertake property valuations and provide financial appraisals for potential investments.
• Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Property Consultant or agent specialising in the leisure sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK leisure property market, with a focus on the Brighton and East Sussex area.
• Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and client management capabilities.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in surveying, real estate, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
