Letting Agent - Residential Properties

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Letting Agent to join their busy branch in Liverpool . You will be responsible for managing the entire lettings process, from attracting new landlords and properties to finding and screening suitable tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of the local rental market. You will play a vital role in growing the company's rental portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction in the Merseyside region.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business by marketing the company's letting services to potential landlords.
• Conduct property valuations and advise landlords on rental values and market conditions.
• Market properties effectively, arrange and conduct viewings for prospective tenants.
• Screen potential tenants, including carrying out referencing and credit checks.
• Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and manage the move-in process.
• Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings or estate agency is essential.
• A strong understanding of the residential lettings market in Liverpool .
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Organized and efficient with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software and IT systems.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
