Lettings Growth Manager: Portfolio & Landlord Partnerships

UK Staffing Group is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing property investment and estate agency to appoint a Lettings & Portfolio Growth Manager in Manchester. You'll own growth of the managed lettings portfolio, engage landlords/investors, and drive commercial success with the Directors.

A strong track record in lettings and a commercial mindset are essential. Base salary £30,000–£32,000 with commission and profit share; realistic OTE £44,000+.
