Branch Manager

Location: Birchington Basic Salary: £31,000 Realistic OTE: £50,000–£60,000 Benefits: Company car or car allowance up to £4,000, bonus scheme, 33 days’ holiday plus your birthday, pension, private healthcare, life insurance and additional employee benefits.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Branch Manager to take responsibility for the performance, growth and profitability of a busy estate agency branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and motivating a team to achieve strong results. You will have the autonomy to drive the branch forward while ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of branch performance, profitability and growth.

• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team.

• Generate new instructions and convert valuations into sales.

• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local customers.

• Provide expert advice and deliver consistently high levels of customer service.

• Drive sales activity and ensure targets are achieved.

• Develop strong knowledge of the local property market.

• Identify opportunities to grow the branch and increase revenue.

• Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team environment.

About You

• Previous estate agency and branch management experience.

• Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into sales.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Confident, driven and commercially minded.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly customer-focused with a strong work ethic.

• Motivated by targets, performance and uncapped earning potential.

• Full UK driving licence required.
