About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their busy branch in Glasgow . This role is essential for driving the success of their rental property services, connecting landlords with suitable tenants. You will be responsible for property viewings, managing enquiries, and conducting negotiations to secure lettings agreements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in the property market within Scotland .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, highlighting key features and local amenities.
• Respond promptly to all letting enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Negotiate rental offers between landlords and tenants, aiming to achieve mutually agreeable terms.
• Manage the referencing and application process for new tenants efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of viewings, offers, and lettings in the agency's database.
• Build rapport with clients and provide a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A good understanding of the Glasgow lettings market is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence is required for property viewings.
• Proficiency in using IT systems, including CRM software.
• A motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for property.
