Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants and gathering feedback.
• Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements.
• Proactively marketing available rental properties across various platforms.
• Negotiating offers and terms between landlords and tenants to secure agreements.
• Liaising with landlords to secure new instructions and build client relationships.
• Ensuring all lettings documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a lettings or sales negotiator role within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• A good understanding of the Belfast rental market and relevant legislation.
• A full driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
