Lettings Negotiator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving branch in Brighton . You will be responsible for matching prospective tenants with suitable properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating terms to secure successful lets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the local East Sussex rental market. You will play a key part in ensuring high occupancy rates and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants across the UK .

Key Responsibilities

• Register new applicants and understand their requirements for rental properties.
• Conduct viewings of rental properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants to achieve successful lets.
• Liaise with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Market properties effectively and generate new instructions for the branch in Brighton .

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings or estate agency is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Good knowledge of the Brighton rental market and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
