Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Sunderland on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a nurturing school environment, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
The Role
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
- Supporting pupils with varying learning needs.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification .
- Has experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
- Is patient, caring, and committed to supporting pupil development.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
