Apprenticeship Duration

Level 3 Business Admin around18 months + EPA

Level 3 Customer Service a round15 months + EPA

Where will I train?

You’ll work with an employerfrom day one and attendGen2 training sessions one day per month at one of our centres in:

• Workington
• Carlisle
• Furness

Plus, a Gen2 assessor will visit your workplace to check your progress and support your development.

If improvements are needed, we’ll set your application back to ‘pending’ and email you with helpful tips to strengthen it — don’t worry, this is part of the process and helps you make the best possible impression.Once you have made amendments as advised, send it back to us for a further check.

3. Selection Process
   Once your application is processed and ready for employers, keep an eye on your email inbox— you’ll be among the first to be notified about new apprenticeship opportunities. If you’re interested and think a role is a good fit for you, let us know and we’ll send your application to the employer. They’ll review it and decide who to invite to the next stage of their hiring process.

4. Employer Interviews
   You may be contacted directly by Gen2 or an employer at any point between now andSeptember 2026 — so apply early and give yourself the best chance!

Each employer will set their own minimum criteria in line with the requirements for the apprenticeship standard. Generally, most will be looking for candidates to have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (Grade C) in Maths and English.
