Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice: IT & Customer Support

Cogent Hire Limited offers a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship in Chorley. You will support customer services including FNOL, Vehicle Fulfilment and Monitoring, helping customers get back on the road while repairs or salvage are arranged.

You will also assist with IT user support, such as setting up new employee portal accounts and handling help desk tickets. Training is online with experienced tutors; salary is £13,728 per year; hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday 9am–3:30pm;
