A welcoming and established nursery in Didcot is looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging experiences and supporting children through the important early years of their development.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
Plan and deliver creative activities linked to the EYFS. Support children's learning, development and wellbeing. Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Observe and monitor individual progress. Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework. A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for working with young children.
