Level 3 SEND LSA – Autism & SEMH Support Role

TeacherActive is helping a SEND school in Kings Norton recruit a Level 3 SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA. The role centers on pupil development and supports progress academically as well as in emotional, social and behavioural growth.

The successful candidate will work with KS3-4 students with Autism/ASD and SEMH, requiring a proactive approach to confidently manage situations and positively impact the wider school. There is potential for a longer placement for the right candidate.
