Level 3 Teaching Assistant – EYFS Location: Middlesbrough Pay: £95–£110 per day, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Middlesbrough, supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young children and helping them develop their confidence, learning and independence. The RoleWorking under the direction of the Foundation Stage Team Leader and classroom teachers, you will:

Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Provide high-quality support to pupils during learning and play activities. Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Work closely with teachers and the wider Foundation Stage team. Support the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils. Contribute to the development and wellbeing of children. Work flexibly across a busy Foundation Stage setting. Share good practice and contribute positively to the wider team.What We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly within Early Years. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine commitment to inclusion and supporting all pupils. The flexibility to work across a busy Foundation Stage environment. A positive, caring and professional approach. A commitment to teamwork and sharing best practice.Requirements Current DBS on the Update Service. Contactable professional references.
