Job Title: Leveraged Finance Associate- US Law firm (small London office)

Salary: £220,000-£260,000

PQE Level: 3-5 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm: Our client is a US law firm with a small and intimate London office.

Role: Advising across a wide range of leveraged finance matters including:

• Acquisition finance
• High yield bond offerings
• Bridge financing
• Mezzanine financings
• Syndicated credit facilities

• 3-5 PQE- England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Working as a leveraged finance associate within another US, MC or SC law firm in London
