LGBTQ+ Peer Support & Group Facilitator

The Rainbow in Wath-upon-Dearne is seeking a compassionate Peer Support and Group Process Worker to assist LGBTQI+ adults at our community venue. The role blends person-centred peer support, group facilitation and practical duties to keep activities safe, welcoming and well organised.

You will support social groups, facilitate sessions, manage rooms, refreshments and light cleaning, plus transport where authorised and risk assessed.
