Library Services & Onboarding Coordinator

EBSCO Information Services in Didcot is seeking a highly organised Library Services Co-Ordinator to join our Operations team. You will coordinate library value-added services, support Library Technical Services and Warehouse, and act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing support process.

You will manage CRM records, project trackers, and communications, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
