Licensed Conveyancer

Kingswinford or Merry Hill

£30,000 - £50,000 DOE | Monday - Friday | Hybrid

Are you an experienced Licenced Conveyancer looking for a role offering flexibility, a supportive team and genuine career progression?

Our client is a modern, forward-thinking law firm with an expanding Residential Property department. They're looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor or Residential Property Fee Earner to join their friendly and collaborative team.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
• Managing client relationships and providing regular updates
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and meet regulatory requirements
• Delivering an excellent client experience

About You

• You'll have experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, alongside strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
