Life & Pensions Transformation Senior Manager

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for our Insurance practice with specialisms across Life & Pensions. You will lead large transformation programmes and senior stakeholder management across policy administration, servicing, and digital services.

You will shape technology-enabled change, drive business outcomes, and contribute to growth of the Life & Pensions offering, while developing teams in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
