Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain complex protection products clearly.
• Work toward daily/weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Study toward industry-recognised certifications (fully funded). What You Need:
• Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone.
• Sales Drive: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and passion for earning commission.
• Vetting: Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check.
• Location & RTW: Live within 30 minutes of Wolverhampton and hold permanent UK Right to Work. Desirable Criteria:
• Background in telesales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience negotiating and closing sales against KPI targets.
