We’re working with a growing specialist management consultancy that partners with private equity investors, healthcare businesses, corporates and public sector organisations on high-impact strategic and commercial projects.

The firm is entrepreneurial, collaborative and focused on delivering rigorous, insight-led advice to clients across international markets.

The Opportunity

As a Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in the delivery of client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the development of both clients and the wider team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading client engagements across multiple workstreams

• Managing client interactions and coordinating project analysis

• Developing and delivering high-quality, client-ready reports and presentations

• Drafting proposals and supporting business development activity

• Managing, coaching and mentoring junior team members

• Supporting senior leaders with existing client and advisor relationships

• Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

• Supporting the continued growth of the firm through recruitment and knowledge development

What we’re looking for

• Around 3 years’ professional experience, including experience with a leading management consulting firm

• Proven experience across buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and strategy projects

• Ideally, experience within healthcare, pharma, life sciences or MedTech

• Strong problem-solving, project management and analytical skills

• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable visualisations

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior clients

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach

• French, German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be advantageous
