Lifeguard – Premium Wellness Club, Safe & Welcoming

Virgin Active Northampton is seeking a Lifeguard to join our Operations Team. This full-time role (40 hours) focuses on poolside safety, cleanliness and delivering exceptional member experiences at our Collingtree Park club.

You will perform safety checks, monitor water levels, maintain high standards, respond to incidents, and support ongoing training to keep standards world-class. A range of Virgin Active employee benefits is available as part of our package.
