Internal Job Title: PE Assistant and Lifeguard

Strategic Direction and Development

Provide specialist support to the PE department, including preparation and maintenance of resources, administrative, technical and curriculum support to staff and students.

Act as the Lifeguard to the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support to the PE department, including preparation and maintenance of resources, administrative, technical and curriculum support to staff and students.
• Act as the Lifeguard to the school.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent qualification or willingness to undertake the NPLQ immediately upon appointment.
• Lifeguarding experience (desirable)
• Experience of supervising or working with children (desirable)
• The ability to swim to a high standard to meet the requirements of the NPQL
