Lifeline Response Officer – Day Shifts, 30h/wk

Warwick District Council is seeking a Lifeline Response Officer (Days) to join the Independent Living team in Leamington Spa. This 30-hour-per-week role operates on a fixed shift rota, 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm, and is a permanent post with a Leamington Spa call centre base.

The role involves supporting vulnerable residents through a 24/7 Lifeline telecare service, handling emergency activations, and coordinating out-of-hours council enquiries with calm, professional decision-making.
