Line Chef — High-Volume Vietnamese Kitchen (Manchester Launch)

Coco Tang Manchester is hiring Line Chefs to join our brand-new kitchen for a high-volume, fresh-food operation spanning daytime café to evening dining.

You will work under the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager, contributing to launch events, maintaining speed, consistency, and top hygiene standards. Experience as Line Chef or similar in fast-paced kitchens is preferred; training provided, and we offer competitive hourly rates, a share of the service charge, and pension.
