As a Line Chef , you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, freshly prepared dishes while working alongside a friendly and supportive team. Whether it's breakfast service, an event, or an evening meal in our restaurant, you'll help create food that keeps guests coming back for more.

What you'll bring to the table as our Line Chef :

• A passion for food and cooking
• Previous experience in a hotel, pub, or restaurant kitchen
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• A commitment to high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

What you'll be doing as our Line Chef:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to company recipes and standards
• Delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and care
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Organising, labelling, and maintaining kitchen storage areas
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rotation
• Reducing wastage and helping maximise efficiency
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
