Listed Fintech Financial Controller — Lead & Scale (Hybrid)

Radley Green partners with a fast-growth, publicly listed fintech business to appoint a Financial Controller in London. You will lead financial reporting, controls and processes, and manage the year-end audit with external auditors in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a 3-person finance team, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and a proactive approach to adapt controls as the business scales. Hybrid working is offered along with a bonus potential.
