Literacy & Phonics Teaching Assistant - Secondary

Red Star Pathways is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for our East London secondary school. You will provide targeted literacy support, focusing on reading, spelling and phonics-based learning, with a Lexonics approach where appropriate, and work one-to-one or in small groups.

The role involves collaboration with teachers and the SEN team, monitoring progress, adapting activities, and safeguarding with professionalism to help students grow confidence and independence.
