About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Litigation Lawyer to join their bustling practice in Liverpool . This role operates on a hybrid model, providing a blend of remote flexibility and necessary office-based collaboration. You will manage a varied portfolio of litigation cases, from initial dispute resolution through to court representation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of civil litigation, including pre-action protocols, issuing proceedings, and discovery.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents accurately and efficiently.
• Represent clients in case management conferences, hearings, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analysis reports.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, including knowledge of relevant court rules and procedures.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Comfortable working within a hybrid remote and in-office setting.
• Excellent client care skills and professional demeanour.
