Litigation Solicitor – Leeds – 5yrs plus experience
Location: Leeds – hybrid working
Salary: From £45,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme, and excellent benefits
Are you a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking law firm in Leeds?
Our Client are looking for Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive (5+ Years PQE) to join this growing Leeds-based team. You'll work on a varied litigation caseload with a particular focus on property litigation and professional negligence, alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to your development.

The Role
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, delivering exceptional client service and working collaboratively with the wider Dispute Resolution team.
Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed litigation caseload, primarily property litigation and professional negligence matters.
- Meeting clients, taking instructions and providing practical legal advice.
- Running files from inception through to conclusion.
- Maintaining accurate time recording and billing.
- Assisting senior members of the team when required.
- Delivering excellent client care throughout every matter.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- 5+ years’ PQE.
- Interest in or experience of Commercial litigation, property litigation, professional negligence and/or contentious probate.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
