Litigation Solicitor – Leeds – 5yrs plus experience

Are you a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking law firm in Leeds?

Our Client are looking for Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive (5+ Years PQE) to join this growing Leeds-based team. You'll work on a varied litigation caseload with a particular focus on property litigation and professional negligence, alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to your development.

The Role

• Managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, delivering exceptional client service and working collaboratively with the wider Dispute Resolution team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a mixed litigation caseload, primarily property litigation and professional negligence matters.
• Meeting clients, taking instructions and providing practical legal advice.
• Running files from inception through to conclusion.
• Maintaining accurate time recording and billing.
• Assisting senior members of the team when required.
• Delivering excellent client care throughout every matter.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• 5+ years’ PQE.
• Interest in or experience of Commercial litigation, property litigation, professional negligence and/or contentious probate.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
