As a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Worthing, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and provide tailored support based on their individual needs. Duties may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and helping with everyday routines.

What you'll do

• Support clients to remain independent in their own homes
• Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Assist with washing, dressing and personal care
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and daily routines
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Support with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Complete shopping and other essential errands
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals

What you'll bring

• Previous experience working in a care environment
• A caring and supportive nature
• Confidence supporting clients in their own homes
• The ability to remain calm and professional
• Reliability and a positive attitudeA flexible approach to different care needs
• A commitment to promoting dignity and independence
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication experience is desirable
• Live-in care experience is beneficial but not required
