Local Property Maintenance Technician - Hands-On & Stable

Express Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing property firm in Leicester to recruit a Property Maintenance Technician. You will maintain two large residential properties, with minimal travel between sites, and work a Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 schedule.

The role offers a salary up to £30,000 DOE with full uniform, PPE and tools provided, plus time in lieu for overtime. Local, stable employment with a reputable employer in the heart of Leicester.
