About the Role

As a locum Consultant Psychiatrist, you'll work within multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities may include:

Conducting psychiatric assessments and reviews Leading treatment planning and clinical decision-making Supporting junior medical staff and MDTs Liaising with community services and external partners

What We're Looking For

Essential:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree Full GMC registration with a licence to practise A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process NHS experience in adult mental health settings UK Right to Work A flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused approach Section 12, AC approval & GMC specialist registration
