Locum Educational Psychologist - EHCNA
Primarily On-Site - Hybrid working available
Locum Contract | Full-Time or Part-Time
Up to £600 per day (Negotiable, depending on experience)
Join a Supportive Educational Psychology Team
A well-established multidisciplinary service is looking for an experienced Locum Educational Psychologist to support the team with Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs).
This role is ideal for an Educational Psychologist who enjoys assessment work and is looking for a straightforward, well-supported contract with a manageable caseload. The position is primarily face-to-face, carrying out assessments in schools across the Worcestershire region, with the flexibility to complete report writing from home.

The Role - Locum Educational psychologist
You will be responsible for completing Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs) for children and young people across the Worcestershire region.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality psychological advice through school visits, observations, consultations, and written reports to support the statutory assessment process.
Responsibilities
Complete Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs)
Carry out face-to-face visits in schools across the Worcestershire region
Observe children and young people within educational settings
Liaise with school staff, parents, and other professionals as part of the assessment process
Produce high-quality statutory advice and psychological reports
Manage your allocated caseload and meet statutory timescales
About You
To be considered, you'll have:
HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
Previous experience completing EHCNAs within a Local Authority
Strong assessment and report-writing skills
The ability to manage your workload independently
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred due to travel across the region)
