Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer (6 Months)

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced planning lawyer to support a Local Authority client on a 6-month locum basis, with potential extension. The role involves negotiating and drafting complex 106 agreements and highways agreements, and attending Planning Committee meetings.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within an in-house legal team and handle a varied caseload of planning and highways matters, bringing confident, proactive legal support.
