We're seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and growing operation, supporting a close-knit team of 5. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating warehouse and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing Goods In and Goods Out processes
* Updating and maintaining CRM and warehouse systems
* Processing orders, stock movements, and logistics paperwork
* Liaising with warehouse, transport, suppliers, and customers
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks
* Prioritising workloads and handling multiple tasks efficiently
About You
* Previous administration experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Warehousing CRM
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Reliable, proactive, and committed approach
* Genuine interest in logistics and warehouse operations
