You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with transport providers, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between departments. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage all logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
- Coordinate with carriers and transport companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's logistics and ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners regarding shipment status.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding logistics operations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and performance analysis for the logistics department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
