About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrator to provide essential support to their logistics operations, working remotely from Brighton . This role is critical for managing documentation, coordinating shipments, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the supply chain. You will be the first point of contact for many logistical queries, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all logistics-related documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and liaise with transport providers to schedule collections and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status and any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's logistics management system.
- Assist with tracking shipments and resolving any delivery exceptions or delays.
- Support the logistics team with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within logistics or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
