About the Role

Our client is looking for an efficient and proactive Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator to join their team in Norwich . This hybrid role is central to ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of goods, coordinating all logistical aspects from order processing to final delivery. You will liaise with internal departments, carriers, and customers to manage the flow of products, optimize delivery routes, and resolve any logistical challenges, contributing to exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange transportation with carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage all necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics and dispatch in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics , dispatch, or coordination role.
• Strong understanding of dispatch procedures and transportation management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
