About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient logistics and distribution operations.
• Manage and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics and warehouse professionals.
• Negotiate with carriers and service providers to secure optimal rates and service levels.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in a logistics management or distribution role.
• Proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in WMS and TMS systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
