About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics and Operations Manager to lead their supply chain and operational functions, working remotely from Bradford . You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust logistics strategies, managing relationships with third-party providers, and driving operational excellence throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and transportation operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
• Implement and refine operational processes and systems to improve performance, visibility, and traceability across the supply chain.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and operations management, with a strong focus on supply chain optimization.
• Proven experience in managing third-party logistics providers and negotiating favorable contracts.
• Solid understanding of inventory management systems, warehousing best practices, and transportation management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, with a strong capability for remote collaboration and management.
