About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst to join their remote operations team. This role is crucial for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery. You will be responsible for analyzing complex logistical data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending strategic improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key logistics KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed supply chain initiatives and operational changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and improve collaboration across the supply chain.
• Support the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and technologies.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving across the supply chain function.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or Logistics Analyst, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with supply chain planning software or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
