About the Role

Our client is looking for a versatile individual to fill the role of Logistics Coordinator & Driver within their busy warehouse operations in Manchester . This hybrid role combines hands-on delivery responsibilities with essential coordination duties, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility. You will be instrumental in managing delivery schedules, optimizing routes, and executing local deliveries, while also assisting with warehouse coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries using a company van, ensuring timely and safe arrival of goods.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, optimizing routes for efficiency and fuel economy.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding logistics.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain delivery records and logistics documentation.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license .
• Proven experience in a driving or delivery role, ideally with some coordination experience.
• Familiarity with the Manchester area and surrounding regions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
