Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries, allocating routes to drivers efficiently.
• Monitor driver progress and communicate any necessary adjustments to routes or schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading of vehicles.
• Manage incoming and outgoing transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a primary point of contact for drivers, addressing queries and resolving operational challenges in real-time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or transport planning.
• Strong understanding of UK road networks and delivery logistics.
• Proficiency in using transport management systems (TMS) and route optimisation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
