About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage regional operations from their base in Plymouth . This role offers a hybrid working model, combining essential on-site coordination with the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of transportation and delivery schedules, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction across the South West region. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and optimize routes for a fleet of vehicles.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and returns.
• Address and resolve logistical issues, delays, or customer complaints promptly.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role.
• Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and dispatch software.
